Shrimp Tacos

Here’s a simple and quick meal for Taco Night.  Anyone can recreate this delicious meal in no time.

Take the shrimp, wash them, and pat them dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, dip and season the shrimp with the egg mixture, 1 egg & 1 teaspoon of each seasoning (Old Bay, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, & Paprika). In a second bowl, place 2 cups of flour and the remaining seasoning, 1 teaspoon of Old Bay, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, & Paprika. Mix the flour and seasonings. Take the remaining 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of water and mix. This will be for dipping the shrimp to create a thicker batter. Heat the cooking oil to a temperature for frying. Create your method for dipping (shrimp in egg, flour & water mixture, & seasoned flour). Fry the shrimp until golden brown, drain the grease, and place the shrimp in the desired taco shell or wrap, and garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy this delicious and easy meal.
