Today, I got back to my walking routine, walking on the track. 

I’m not only walking for physical health, but also for my mental health. 

Walking helps me release the water weight that I may have gained. You know those extra pounds that creep up on you. It’s hot enough these days to shed some pounds and water weight.

To help me boost the water weight shedding, I put on my sweat gear, which I know will work in that area.

Not only is walking good for your physical health, but it’s good for your mental health as well.

Walking helps clear my mind of the issues of life for that moment. Every issue that may be going on gets put to the back, and a new energy of mental clarity awakens.

So, take some time out for your physical and mental health, and take a stroll around the track, park, neighborhood, or whatever place that is comfortable for you.
